Terms of Service
Agreement
By creating an account or using Social Partner, you agree to these terms. If you use Social Partner for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business.
The service
Social Partner is a web portal for scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms you connect. Features may change over time as we improve the service.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by employees you give access to.
Your content
You own the content you upload. You give us permission to store and publish it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it follows the law and each platform's rules.
Platform rules
Each social platform has its own terms. Platforms may change or limit features, and we are not responsible for decisions made by those platforms, such as removing a post or restricting an account.
Plans and payment
Plans cost ₹500 per month or ₹5,000 per year unless shown otherwise. Payment is made in advance by UPI. When a plan ends, scheduling new posts is paused until you renew. New accounts get a 3-day free trial.
Acceptable use
Do not use Social Partner for spam, illegal content, misleading claims, harassment, or anything that breaks the law or platform rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI suggestions
AI caption suggestions are provided as help only. Review them before posting; you are responsible for what you publish.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and posts may occasionally fail because of platform issues.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Social Partner's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Social Partner at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
