Free trial first
Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with all features, so you can test Social Partner before paying.
Cancellation
There is no contract. You can stop renewing at any time, and your plan will end at the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Because you can try everything free first, payments are generally not refunded after a plan period has started.
If you were charged twice, or paid the wrong amount by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount to the same UPI account.
If Social Partner was unavailable for a long period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will extend your plan fairly.
