What is Social Partner?
Social Partner is a web portal that lets a shop or small business plan social media posts once and publish them automatically to Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, YouTube, LinkedIn and X at the time they choose. It includes a free AI helper that improves captions and suggests hashtags.
How much does Social Partner cost?
One plan with every feature: ₹500 per month, or ₹5,000 per year, which saves ₹1,000. Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial.
How do I pay?
You pay by UPI from any app, such as PhonePe, Google Pay or Paytm. The portal shows a QR code for the exact amount, and your plan is extended once the payment is confirmed.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
Your account, connected pages and drafts stay saved. New posts are paused until you renew, and a reminder appears at the top of your portal a few days before the plan ends.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can post a photo on WhatsApp, you can use Social Partner. We also help you connect your accounts over WhatsApp.
Is my account safe?
You connect your pages through each platform's own official login screen. Social Partner never asks for or stores your social media passwords.
Can my staff use the portal?
Yes. The shop owner can invite employees and choose exactly which connected accounts each employee can manage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. If you don't renew, your plan simply stops at the end of the period you paid for.
Which platforms does Social Partner support?
Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, YouTube, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
Can I use Social Partner on my phone?
Yes. The portal works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
Does Social Partner create posts for me?
You add your own photos or videos. The free AI helper writes and improves captions and suggests hashtags, so posting takes a few minutes.
Do I need an Instagram business account?
Yes. Instagram allows scheduled posting only for business or creator accounts that are linked to a Facebook Page. Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.
Is Social Partner only for Delhi?
No. Social Partner is an online portal and works for businesses anywhere in India. Our team is based in New Delhi.
